#1 Part 1: The Big Red Apple
Sam is a small squirrel. Pip is a little bird. Sam and Pip are best friends. They play in the green forest every day. One morning, Sam finds a big red apple. It looks very sweet. Pip does not have an apple. Pip is hungry. 'Hello, Pip,' says Sam. 'I have a big red apple. I will share my apple with you.' Sam gives half to Pip. Pip is happy. Sam is happy. Sharing is good.
#2 Part 2: The Rainy Day
The next day, the sky is gray. The rain falls down. Splash, splash, splash! Sam is cold and wet under a tree. Sam is very hungry. Pip flies to Sam. Pip has a bag of small yellow seeds. 'Hello, Sam,' says Pip. 'I have yellow seeds. I will share my seeds with you.' Pip gives many seeds to Sam. Sam is warm. Sam is happy. Kindness is good.
#3 Part 3: The Happy Friends
The sun comes out. The forest is beautiful and bright. Sam and Pip are together. They play and they sing. Sam is kind to Pip. Pip is kind to Sam. They always share their food. They always share their toys. 'You are my best friend,' says Sam. 'You are my best friend,' says Pip. Sharing and kindness make their friendship strong. They are very happy friends.
