#3 Chapter 3: Rocket Launch Countdown!
Teacher: "Our rocket is ready! It's time for launch! We need to count down from ten. Let's stand up and get ready to blast off!" (Kids stand up. Teacher leads the countdown with actions.) Teacher: "Ten! Nine! Eight! Seven! Six! Five! Four! Three! Two! One! ZERO! Blast off! (Kids jump up and make 'whoosh' sounds). We are going to the Moon!"
#4 Chapter 4: Moonwalk Practice!
Teacher: "Wow! We are on the Moon! Look around. What do you see?" Kids: (Encourage answers like 'stars', 'rocks', 'dark sky', 'Earth far away'). Teacher: "The Moon has low gravity, so we can bounce! #6 Chapter 6: Mission Complete! Return to Earth!
Teacher: "Our adventure is almost over. It's time to fly back to Earth! Let's get back in our rocket. Ready for countdown?" (Repeat countdown from Chapter 3.) Teacher: "Welcome back to Earth, brave astronauts! How do you feel after your trip to the Moon? Are you 'happy'? 'Excited'? 'Tired'? (Encourage kids to share feelings). You did a great job! Give yourselves a big round of applause! Mission accomplished!"
